3AM ...

It's 3 am and I cannot for the life of me fall asleep.

A combination of money stress, work stress, STRESS stress and random aches and pains are keeping me from sleep.

I have resorted to Facebook stalking all my friends to try and stave off the boredom created by insomnia but I'm starting to even run out of names to try!

What do YOU do when you can't get to sleep???

  1. These days I play Words with Friends or Hanging with Friends on my iPhone or I read a book in the hopes it will make me sleepy...until I realise I've finished the whole book haha.

    More seriously, reading is good, or just listening to the radio - radio 4 is particularly good.

  4. Thanks a lot, I'm constantly looking at different ideas on methods to control Stress and Anxiety. If you are unable to manage it, it'll ruin a person!

    Sometimes I annoy the my cat. She shouldn't be allowed to sleep if I can't sleep.
